Join Cork on Sunday evenings at The Promenade at Fulton Ranch. Cork will be offering its best version of Creole cuisine. The menu is called, "Taste of Creole" because it is derived more from French aristocrats and uses classical French techniques, as does Cork.
Menu begins Sunday, February 20. Regular dinner menu is not available Sunday evenings.

It has been awhile since we've done a complete overhaul of the menu, but last week we changed over 90% of the dinner menu! Delicious new options include Lobster Bisque with Dungeness Crab Cake, Seared Ahi Tuna Nicoise, Australian Barramundi with Hiramasa Tartare and the Wild Boar is back with a Pork Shoulder Crepe.
